“ I’ve been going to Bank Street Cafe for over a year now, and it’s easily one of my favourite restaurants in Ashford. As a Sri Lankan, I can confidently say the food is incredibly authentic, the kind of flavours that instantly transport you back home. Today I had the rice and curry, and it was genuinely so good it reminded me of being back in Sri Lanka. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and they don’t cut corners when it comes to flavour. I haven’t tried their buffet yet, but it’s definitely on my list, I’ve only heard good things. Gloria, who runs the place, does a fantastic job. She’s always warm and welcoming, which adds to the charm of the cafe. If you’re a fan of Sri Lankan food or just curious to try something new, I can’t recommend this place enough. There aren’t many Sri Lankan spots in Kent, and this one’s a real hidden gem right in the heart of Ashford. ”
